Duck eggs are known to contain more fat and protein - and less water - and also have a higher yolk/white ratio than chicken eggs, they tend to produce fluffier cakes. Our duck eggs will come in ½ dozen packages available for pick up at the farm store only- we do NOT ship our eggs.
