The spring Dandelion flowers are harvested from our own farm so you never have to worry if the jelly has ever been tainted with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Just clean, safe, simple ingredients in every jar.

Dandelion jelly is made by collecting spring flowers then steeping the petals in water to make a floral tea. We use the floral tea in place of fruit in the jelly recipe. This jelly has a sweet honey like taste.
