Hand made with just three simple ingredients. No artificial preservatives, dyes, or weird ingredients are in our products. The fruit (or flowers in this case) are harvested from our own farm (or a neighbors who practices our same non-toxic farming practices) so you never have to worry if the fruit the jelly or jam is made with has ever been tainted with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Just clean, safe, simple ingredients in every jar.

Elderflower jelly is made by collecting Elderflowers off of an Elderberry Tree, steeping them in water to make Elderflower tea, then using the tea in place of fruit juice in our jelly recipe. It almost tastes like honey with a zip! We absolutely LOVE this jelly on a hot blackberry biscuit. Yum yum!
