Hand made with just three simple ingredients. No artificial preservatives, dyes, or weird ingredients are in our products. The spring Redbud flowers are harvested from our own farm so you never have to worry if the jelly has ever been tainted with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Just clean, safe, simple ingredients in every jar.

Redbud jelly is made by collecting spring flowers from the Redbud tree then steeping them in water to make a floral tea. We use the floral tea in place of fruit in the jelly recipe. This jelly has a sweet and light floral taste.
